An experienced Amazon seller was seeking a new product category characterized by high profit margins, high repurchase rates, and suitability for the FBA model; ultimately, he identified the market for functional gummies targeting women as his prime target. Through a mutual acquaintance, he established contact with our team. We began by conducting a comprehensive market analysis, which revealed that search volume on Amazon for gummies addressing “hair loss prevention + nail and skin health” had surged by 40% over the preceding six months. However, the majority of existing products in this niche utilized single-ingredient formulas—primarily centered on biotin—and lacked multi-ingredient compound formulations. Based on this insight, we developed a triple-action beauty gummy for him, featuring a sophisticated formula that synergistically blends biotin, collagen, and Vitamin C. Furthermore, we assisted the client in navigating the FDA registration process, obtaining a GMP compliance statement, and securing third-party nutritional analysis reports. Regarding packaging design, the client provided creative brand direction, which we subsequently utilized to design both the bottle label and the outer packaging. We specifically tailored these designs to align with Amazon’s conversion rate optimization principles—emphatically highlighting three core selling points: “Biotin,” “Vitamin C,” and “60 Count / 1-Month Supply.”
